I Hope You Are Doing Well Too Email

Ignore it completely i guess it depends on the relationship with the person but my question is mainly focused on politeness in everyday emails with colleagues customers.
I hope you are doing well too email. I am very well thanks and hope you are as well. I am very well thanks. I hope this email finds you well. Most business emails always start with i hope this email finds you well.
I am very well thanks. I start nearly every single one with i hope you re doing well seriously. While this email avoids the general hope you re doing well introduction it still falls flat. Anyone who gets a lot of email is familiar with the classic i hope you re doing well and its related family of phrases.
Jokes aside you wouldn t think that your email greeting would be that complicated to write. I would only respond if you need a filler sentence too or if there is a relevant health issue which you would have possibly mentioned anyway whether they mentioned you being well or not. The pitch seems like a simple copy paste that doesn t make a whole lot of sense. I hope you are having a productive day if you feel that asking about the recipient s health is a little too personal you may want to avoid asking about it.
Let s face it you are sending an email to a total stranger you don t know him or her personally. You are now part of the solution instead of the problem. I hope you re doing well. Sending an email with such greetings sounds awkward and too forward.
If it is a friend then you could respond if you want. I hope you re having a great week. I hope this email finds you well we know that this phrase only differs by one word but it somehow sounds a bit more formal than i hope this finds you well 3. I hope all is well.
I hope it is the same with you too. The biggest blunder is that this email assumes it will find the reader sitting on the couch binge watching netflix. I mean way too many. Has anyone ever been full of more hope than me.
That is all if it is a work related or formal email. The most important thing to do when writing an email to anyone be it work correspondence or a love letter or a threat to your enemies is to ask yourself do you actually hope this person is well.
